Hey! Thank you for stopping by and giving this a read. As you’ve probably guessed, my name is Konner and I’m a Voice Actor originally from Birmingham.

I didn’t always know “Voice Actor” was a real job people did. I’d always been a huge fan of video games and animation, and it wasn’t until my training at The Oxford School of Drama in 2022 that I realised being a Voice Actor was a genuine possibility, you mean I can get paid for the silly voices I do?! Sounds like a dream!

So there began my career as a VO artist. I’d always had a love for Theatre, Film and TV, and despite enjoying my work across all of those fields, something kept bringing me back to the audio world.

Audio, in my opinion, is a hugely underappreciated medium. It gives me the same experience as reading a book, in that there’s so much room for imagination, not everything is laid out for you. The face you and I picture when we hear someone’s voice can be so incredibly different, and that has always fascinated me.

Since then, I’ve had the chance to bring that same sense of imagination to a genuine breadth of work, from lending my voice to my first big video game project, to corporate narration that needs a bit of warmth and trust behind it. Represented by SNVoices, I’ve been lucky enough to keep building a career out of exactly the kind of silly voices, and not-so-silly ones, that got me hooked in the first place.
